Qualifications

• Must work on-site at McLean, VA for Summer 2026.
• Available for periodic travel to DC and Capitol Hill.

Responsibilities

• Policy Analysis: track legislative developments and procurement trends impacting federal tech.
• Value Engineering Support: build ROI models showing fiscal and mission value.
• Strategic Communication: draft briefing materials, white papers, talking points, and presentations.
• Market Intelligence: monitor policy shifts and modernization mandates affecting government tech.
• Capitol Hill and Agency Engagement: assist in meeting prep and follow-ups.
