Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required.
• NPMA CPPS certification preferred.
• Progressive property experience preferred or 4–5 years government property experience substituted for degree.

Responsibilities

• Maintain government and company property records for acquisition, receiving, movement, inventories, and closeout.
• Prepare accurate property reports for leadership.
• Create disposition schedules using government applications and monitor active schedules.
• Utilize information systems to manage detailed spreadsheets and KPIs for property disposition.
• Ensure data accuracy delivered to customers and stakeholders.
• Lead annual inventory campaign and assist with property close-out tasks.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on property management and tracking.
• Coordinate with Program Offices and Procurement to resolve actions on incoming property.
• Prioritize actions and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
