Leidos is seeking an Inventory Manager / Government Property Specialist to oversee GFP inventory control, accountability, and reporting for the SIL, test range, and related program activities. The role requires maintaining accurate property records, coordinating with CM and Engineering, and ensuring compliance with DoD property management policies.

The position emphasizes hands‑on support at ranges and collaboration with Program Management, Security, and Government stakeholders.

Competenze

• Typically requires BA degree and 2–4 years of relevant experience or a Master’s with less than 2 years.
• Experience managing inventory and Government property in a government/defense or controlled environment.
• Experience maintaining property/inventory records across asset lifecycles and preparing status reports.
• Experience reconciling inventories, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining traceability.
• Experience coordinating asset movement between storage, labs, test ranges, or government sites.
• Active Secret security clearance.

Mansioni

• Maintain GFP inventory control for equipment, tools, materials, and prototype hardware supporting SIL, test range, and program activities.
• Record GFP data in PIEE and maintain property records per contract and DoD requirements.
• Maintain 98% inventory accuracy for unclassified and 100% for classified components; conduct inventories and reconciliations.
• Prepare Government Property Inventory Report and ensure records are complete, accurate, and traceable.
• Oversee property lifecycle: receipt, tagging, storage, transfer, disposition, with proper documentation.
• Coordinate with CM and Engineering to maintain asset identification and status across baselines.
• Provide hands‑on support at test range and locations, including receiving, staging, and testing preparation.
