Draper in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Property Specialist to maintain government and company property records, manage inventories, and support PIEE reporting within the Supply Chain group.

The role emphasizes accuracy, timely property disposition, and data-driven KPIs, with required security clearance and ability to lift up to 50 lbs; travel may be required.

A bachelor's in business or related field is required, NPMA certification preferred; experience with FAR/DFARS is a plus.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in business or related required.
NPMA CPPS certification preferred.
Experience with government property control preferred.
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

Mansioni

Maintain government and company property records including acquisition, movement, inventories, and disposition.
Prepare and submit property reports to leadership.
Create property disposition schedules and monitor active schedules.
Use information systems to build spreadsheets and KPIs for property disposition.
Ensure data provided to customers is complete and accurate.
Lead annual inventory campaigns and assist with close-out tasks.
