The role focuses on ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS, overseeing audits, and coordinating with government auditors and cross-functional leaders to advance the program and sustain contracting readiness.

Qualifications

• Mastery-level knowledge of government property, compliance programs, and FAR/DFARS requirements (Senior Manager level).
• Bachelor’s or graduate-equivalent credential with extensive government property/compliance experience.
• Experience leading teams, enterprise programs, and compliance strategies in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and continuous improvement of government property compliance programs to meet FAR/DFARS.
• Develop and implement audit strategies for internal controls and property management processes.
• Ensure MMAS and Property systems remain approved and compliant for U.S. government contracting.
• Establish standardized property management procedures, metrics, and governance across the division.
• Lead responses to government auditors; prepare risk mitigation plans and corrective actions.
• Prepare audit reports and executive briefings; coordinate with leadership and legal.
• Interface with U.S. Government representatives and external audit teams.
• Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Security, and PM to align strategies.
• Oversee design and delivery of divisional property training programs.
