Job summary

Akima Global Logistics (AGL), an Akima company, seeks a Property Administrator to manage government property accountability at Fort Bliss, TX. You will maintain GFP/CAP records, ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS/Army regs, and use PIEE for reporting and recordkeeping.

Under the Property Manager, you will interface with PBO, COR, and DCMA, support audits, and drive continuous improvement in property management processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years in property management, supply, or logistics, Army contractor/military experience preferred.
• Hands-on with PIEE, WAWF, GFP Module and Army property systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of Government-Furnished Property (GFP) and Contractor-Acquired Property (CAP).
• Ensure property accountability and compliance with FAR 45, DFARS, AR 710-4, AR 735-5.
• Manage PIEE property records and support reports/certifications for DCMA and KO.
