Job summary

Lupin Ltd is seeking a Government Pricing Manager to lead the calculation, analysis, and reporting of pricing for federal and state programs. You will manage Medicaid programs, 340B pricing, and ensure compliance with government regulations, while collaborating with Contracts, Rebates, Trade Operations, and Legal teams.

The role requires 4–6 years in pharmaceutical government pricing or related fields, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 4 to 6 years of experience in pharmaceutical government pricing, finance, accounting, or related healthcare industry roles.
• Working knowledge of government pricing programs, including Medicaid, AMP, URA, and 340B.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical contracting, rebates, chargebacks, and managed care concepts preferred.
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Calculate, analyze, and validate government pricing data for submissions to federal/state agencies.
• Review and analyze transaction data for proper inclusion/exclusion under pricing methodologies.
• Analyze service fees and pricing-related data elements.
• Use variance and analytic reporting tools to verify data integrity and reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve data issues impacting pricing calculations.
• Prepare recurring analyses, metrics, and reports for management review.
• Support implementation of policies and calculation methodologies from regulatory changes.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance procedures and controls.
• Manage quarterly 340B pricing calculations, AMP and URA analysis, and support for audits.
• Review outputs to ensure alignment with contracts and regulations.
• Support Medicaid programs (SPAP, ADAP, supplemental rebates).
• Collaborate with Contracts, Chargebacks, Trade Ops, Sales, Legal to resolve data issues affecting pricing.
