Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions Government PMO seeks a Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional customer engagements from initiation through delivery. You will partner with Engineering, Product, Legal, Sales, and Operations to ensure programs stay on scope, schedule, and budget while meeting contractual and regulatory requirements.

You will drive planning, risk management, governance artifacts, and executive status reporting, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and leadership,

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management, PMO, or equivalent delivery experience.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience leading customer-facing projects within complex, cross-functional environments.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and project execution skills.
• Experience building and maintaining project schedules, governance artifacts, risk registers, dependency management, and executive-level reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Experience working within Agile, hybrid, or structured project delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex customer engagements and project initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Drive project planning, milestone management, dependency tracking, issue resolution, and delivery execution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain project schedules, action logs, risk registers, governance documentation, and executive-ready status reporting artifacts.
• Drive cross-functional execution and alignment across Engineering, Product Management, Testing, Operations, Legal, Sales, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Lead customer communications, governance discussions, delivery reviews, and project status meetings.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through proactive communication, issue escalation, and consistent follow-through.
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies proactively while driving accountability and resolution across teams.
• Lead scope management and change control efforts while ensuring alignment to contractual obligations and business objectives.
• Communicate project health, delivery status, risks, financial impacts, dependencies, and key decisions to leadership and customer stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with organizational, contractual, and regulatory requirements throughout all project phases.
• Drive operational improvements and contribute to PMO delivery best practices and process optimization efforts.
