LexisNexis Risk Solutions in the United States seeks an experienced Project Manager for the Government PMO to oversee complex, cross-functional customer engagements from initiation through delivery. You will coordinate schedules, risk management, and governance artifacts while communicating status to executives and clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management, PMO, or equivalent delivery experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• PMP certification preferred.
• Experience leading customer-facing projects within complex, cross-functional environments.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and project execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex customer engagements and project initiatives across cross-functional teams.
• Drive project planning, milestone management, dependency tracking, issue resolution, and delivery execution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain project schedules, action logs, risk registers, governance documentation, and executive-ready status reporting artifacts.
• Drive cross-functional execution and alignment across Engineering, Product Management, Testing, Operations, Legal, Sales, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Lead customer communications, governance discussions, delivery reviews, and project status meetings.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through proactive communication, issue escalation, and consistent follow-through.
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies proactively while driving accountability and resolution across teams.
• Lead scope management and change control efforts while ensuring alignment to contractual obligations and business objectives.
• Communicate project health, delivery status, risks, financial impacts, dependencies, and key decisions to leadership and customer stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with organizational, contractual, and regulatory requirements throughout all project phases.
• Drive operational improvements and contribute to PMO delivery best practices and process optimization efforts.
