Job summary

Global Crossing Airlines, Inc. is seeking a Government Operations Project Manager to lead planning, execution, performance, and continuous improvement of government operations.

You will report to the Director of Operations and coordinate across Flight Operations, Crew Scheduling, Ops Control, and more. The role requires proactive problem solving, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Experience in airline operations, government operations, logistics, or similar complex operational environment.
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day oversight and coordination of government operations and missions.
• Maintain situational awareness of aircraft availability, crew coverage, maintenance status, ground support, station readiness, vendor support.
• Travel to operating locations to provide on-site leadership and problem resolution.
• Develop performance metrics and reporting for government operations.
• Monitor mission performance and coordinate corrective actions with responsible departments.
