Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Program Manager to support capital operations and project management for GOES, aiding growth of Amazon’s Worldwide Operations. You will support multiple business units, drive funding, schedules, and stakeholder alignment, and collaborate with teams across Finance, Real Estate, Construction, and Operations Engineering.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in program management, strong MS Word/Excel skills, and are comfortable with flexible schedules.

Qualifications

2+ years of program or project management experience.
3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience.
Bachelor's degree in relevant field, or 2+ years of Amazon RME (BB/3P) full time experience.
Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

Manage and support multiple Amazon business units and projects across GOES.
Ensure funding is secured for on-time, under-budget project execution.
Partner with internal teams to build scalable processes and tools.
Develop estimates, schedules, cash flows and track budgets.
Coordinate with Finance, PMO, Supply Chain, Real Estate, Construction, Ops Eng, and Procurement.
Manage funding milestones, dependencies, and cross-functional alignment.
