The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) seeks a reliable OPS Government Operations Consultant I to join the Division of Recreation and Parks in Tallahassee. The role is up to 40 hours per week, performing travel reimbursements, MFMP/Ariba duties, PCard procurement, and office support for the Director’s Office.

Candidates should be organized, able to compile and analyze data, coordinate work, and communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of office principles and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Submit travel authorizations and reimbursements.
• Manage MFMP NextGen/Ariba on Demand for the office.
• Process requisitions and receive invoices on purchase orders.
• Order items with a PCard and manage office supplies.
• Serve as the Division’s property contact and submit monthly vehicle logs.
• Coordinate service for the Director’s Office vehicle and submit monthly cell phone records.
