The role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least seven years in a management position in professional services, strong financial, people, and project management skills, and comfort with AI tools. Regular in-office presence is expected to support meetings, staffing, billing, and business development

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, organization development, or related field.
• Seven+ years of management/leadership experience in a professional services setting.
• Experience with budgeting, finance, and client management.
• Federal government experience is a plus.
• Experience using firm-approved AI tools to support work and ensure accountability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department leadership to align resources with practice goals.
• Streamline administrative processes and supply concise information for decision-making.
• Plan and lead practice group meetings, prepare agendas and follow-up items.
• Oversee billing, revenue functions, and workload distribution.
• Lead recruiting, onboarding, and retention efforts with Talent Services.
• Coordinate with Marketing on pitches and RFP responses.
• Manage internship and Legislative Assistant program administration.
• Support training via Professional Development and collaborate on firm initiatives.
