Job summary

SteadyIQ is hiring its first dedicated Senior Project Manager to own project execution discipline across our government implementation portfolio. You will run the plan, the record, and the cadence for three to four concurrent state agency engagements, and you will be the reason nothing falls between the cracks.

This is a delivery and project controls role. It is not a technical authority role and it is not an client ownership role.

Qualifications

• 6+ years managing complex software or SaaS implementation projects.
• PMO and client-facing delivery experience.
• Ability to speak PMP with a client PMO.
• Experience establishing repeatable processes.
• Strong documentation discipline under tight deadlines.
• Technical literacy to follow integration discussions.

Responsibilities

• Own the project plan for each engagement: work breakdown, schedule, milestones, dependencies, baseline change history.
• Maintain the RAID log and decision log; drive open items to closure.
• Run the meeting mechanics: agendas, minutes, follow ups, status reporting on a predictable cadence.
• Keep documentation current and audit-ready for reconstruction of decisions.
• Produce consolidated status across all engagements for leadership, product, engineering, and sales.
• Surface cross-project patterns: blockers, risks, resource contention, and dependency clashes.
• Flag slippage early with actionable detail for the pod to act on.
• Serve as SteadyIQ's PMO interface to agency PMOs and System Integrators.
• Apply and adapt the playbook to each agency's process and templates.
