Qualifications

• Ability to solve problems, document work flow and other activities relating to the improvement of operational and management practices.
• Ability to organize data into a logical format for presentation in reports, documents and other written materials.
• Ability to conduct fact-finding research; ability to utilize problem-solving techniques.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a contract manager for the Healthy Start Unit, reviewing deliverables and certifying receipt of goods/services.
• Participates in contract drafting, negotiating, processing payments and related trainings.
• Reviews coalition Service Delivery Plans and annual updates, progress reports and MOAs within timeframes.
• Provides consultation and technical assistance to departmental staff and partners on the Healthy Start system of care and related matters.
