Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Building Manager to support government operations on Oahu, Hawai'i. The role requires extensive facilities knowledge and leadership of a 10–20 person team across mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire alarm systems.

Candidates must hold IFMA or BOMI facility management certification, have multiple years of O&M experience, and possess a U.S. citizenship with Top Secret/SCI clearance. Salary is competitive and includes benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire alarm systems.
• Experience maintaining grounds and custodial services across multiple buildings.
• Minimum five years in operations and maintenance; two years in facility management; one year supervisory experience.

• Provide building management support for government operations on Oahu.
• Perform supervision of a 10–20 person multi-discipline team.
• Assist with ongoing facilities operations and maintenance tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
