Job summary

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is seeking a Building Manager to support a government customer on Oahu, Hawai`i. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining multiple facilities and supervising a 10-20 person team, with required facility management credentials.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience in operations and maintenance.
• Two (2) years of facility management experience.
• One (1) year supervisory experience managing a 10-20 person multi-discipline workforce.
