Job summary

Sechan Electronics, Inc. in Lititz, PA seeks a Contracts Administrator II to support contract processing, modifications, and performance management under FAR/DFARS guidelines. The role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating terms with customers and suppliers.

You will coordinate cross-functional reviews, manage proposals, and ensure regulatory compliance, with a 1st shift in a full-time office setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years' experience in government contract administration or management.
• Experience in supply chain management, program management, paralegal, or related fields is a plus.
• Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance.
• General knowledge of scheduling and invoicing systems is a plus.
• Familiarity with FAR/DFARS and contracting procedures is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of FAR, DFARS and agency supplements.
• Draft, negotiate and redline NDAs, data calls, teaming agreements, T&Cs and related docs.
• Review RFP/RFQ for compliance to support go/no-go decisions.
• Draft and submit bid/ proposal documents via portals and email.
• Coordinate reviews across functions and secure approvals before submission.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedules; implement contract modifications.
• Review customer orders and contractual documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Complete representations and certifications and other compliance forms.
• Develop understanding of contract types and proper use (FFP, CPFF, CPIF, T&M, IDIQ).
• Maintain contract records and improve contract management policies and procedures.
• Coordinate, negotiate and manage moderately complex proposals and contracts.
• Provide leadership and support for government and commercial contracting methods.
• Collaborate with customers to definitize contracts.
• Perform other duties to support organizational goals.
