Job summary

Sechan Electronics, Inc. in Lititz, PA seeks a Senior Supplier Quality Manager to lead supplier quality activities, ensure QMS adherence to AS9100, DFARs, and FARs, and drive continuous improvement across the supply base.

You will collaborate with Purchasing and Quality Engineering, perform supplier audits, manage corrective actions, and mentor teams toward Zero Defect goals on defense-related programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, or related) and 15+ years of QA/QC experience.
• 5+ years of management experience in Quality Control.
• Proven track record of driving continuous improvement through quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and select suppliers against QMS performance requirements and ethical standards.
• Partner with Purchasing to optimize supplier base and relationships.
• Develop and maintain processes associated with Supplier Quality and overall improvement.
• Ensure Supplier Quality system aligns with AS9100 QMS, SOPs, customer requirements, FARs, and DFARs.
• Manage and update Supplier Quality performance system with ERP/Quality software.
• Monitor and audit quality control activities at supplier and subcontractor facilities.
• Lead Certified Supplier Program and drive supplier audits, source inspections, and MRB processes.
• Support Receiving Inspection, Quality Engineering, and other quality areas; maintain QMS.
