Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of government contracts administration or contract management experience.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government procurement regulations.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating Prime Contracts, Subcontracts, NDAs, and other documents.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Administer the complete lifecycle of government contracts from proposal through closeout.
• Review, negotiate, and manage contracts, subcontracts, modifications, and NDAs.
• Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, agency regulations, and corporate policies.
• Analyze solicitation requirements including RFPs, RFQs, and contract modifications.
• Support proposal development by reviewing terms and identifying risks.
• Serve as primary point of contact for contractual matters with government agencies and partners.
• Draft, review, and negotiate terms to minimize organizational risk.
• Maintain contract files and ensure audit-ready documentation.
• Monitor performance, deliverables, funding, and period of performance.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Finance, Legal, and Operations to fulfill obligations.
• Identify contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support contract audits and government reviews.
• Interpret contract language and advise leadership on rights and liabilities.
• Assist with contract closeouts and records retention.
• Track and report key contract metrics and deadlines.
• Stay current on changes to FAR, DFARS, and related regulations.
