Alutiiq Career Ventures, LLC is seeking a Contract Administrator in the National Capital Region to support full lifecycle contract and order management, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and agency requirements. The role collaborates with the Program Manager and leadership to manage reporting, proposals, and contract modifications.

Qualificações

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain, or related field.
• 2–4 years of government contract administration experience.
• U.S. Citizenship and Secret clearance required.
• Working knowledge of FAR and agency supplements like DFARS.
• Experience with proposal preparation and contract/order administration.

Responsabilidades

• Support pre-award and post-award contract actions, including proposals and pricing submissions.
• Interpret FAR, agency clauses, and contract requirements for compliance.
• Prepare contract deliverables and monthly/financial reporting.
• Monitor terms, funding, options, deliverables, and performance periods for compliance.
• Coordinate with Program Manager to track reports, deliverables, and performance metrics.
