Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Legal Counsel for Government Contracts to support the Frontiers Systems, Air Defense and Counter‑Intrusion lines in the United States. The role emphasizes oversight of U.S.

government contracts, proposal review, data rights, and contract structures, with collaboration across business development, engineering, and outside counsel. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in government contracts, strong procurement knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple engagements

Qualifications

• 4+ years of US Government contracts experience, preferably with a law firm or as in‑house at a government contractor
• Solid understanding of government procurement processes, contract vehicles and data rights issues
• Ability to own multiple projects from end‑to‑end and work with cross‑functional teams

Responsibilities

• Provide legal counsel across the acquisitions lifecycle for government contracts
• Negotiate licenses and services agreements; advise on bid protests and litigation as needed
• Develop legal and business strategies in collaboration with customers, outside counsel, and internal teams
• Manage relationships with government procurement offices and key stakeholders
• Help ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies
