Qualifications

• Four+ years of government contracts experience.
• Bid protest experience.
• Familiarity with FAR and DFARS.
• Strong analytical, writing, and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Active bar membership in any jurisdiction; willingness to seek Virginia admission if not already admitted.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on federal contracting matters, including bid protests and claims.
• Ensure compliance with FAR and DFARS.
• Handle subcontracting and teaming issues.
• Engage in joint venture agreements and small business federal procurement programs.
