Responsibilities

• Counsel government contractors on contracting matters.
• Draft, analyze, and negotiate agreements.
• Manage regulatory compliance including FAR/DFARS.
• Handle bid protests, suspension, and debarment.
• Conduct compliance audits and manage novations.
• Advise on small business programs and GSA schedules.
• Address IP, data rights, and cybersecurity matters.
• Engage in labor and employment issues and investigations.
• Ensure adherence to domestic preference requirements and FAA regulations.
