Ideal candidates have substantial government contracting experience, a portable client base, and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. JD from a top-tier school required.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in government contracting matters.
• Experience with government contracts compliance and ethics.
• Portable book of business.

Responsibilities

• Advise on federal, state, or local government contracting matters.
• Draft and negotiate government contracts and subcontracts.
• Handle bid protests, contract disputes, and investigations.
• Provide guidance on FAR/DFARS and related frameworks.
