Qualifications

Preference will be given to retired government officers who possess deep insider knowledge of procurement processes, compliance requirements, and agency operations.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position with flexible, remote work arrangements. You will play a critical role in identifying funding opportunities, preparing winning proposals, and guiding our organization through complex government contracting landscapes.
