Job summary

Vertosoft in Leesburg, VA, is seeking a Customer Success Representative to support government services contracts. The role handles post-award administration, coordination across contracts, finance, and service-delivery teams, and ensures on-time delivery and compliance.

You will review documentation, manage deliverables, renewals, and invoicing readiness while maintaining audit-ready records and strong stakeholder communication. Hybrid work in Leesburg, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 2–4 years of government services and contracts administration experience.
• Direct experience supporting government contracts is required.
• Experience with CRM or order-management systems.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support government services contracts from award through performance and closeout.
• Review contracts, task orders, statements of work, and modifications for deliverables and reporting.
• Coordinate with Contracts, Finance, Sales and service-delivery teams to support contract execution.
• Track milestones, deliverables, reporting deadlines, renewals, and periods of performance.
• Maintain audit-ready contract files and customer records.
• Assist with contract modifications, extensions, renewals, and changes to service requirements.
• Validate billing support and ensure alignment with quotes and contracts.
• Identify risks and resolve compliance or delivery issues.
• Manage complex order-processing activities from intake to completion.
• Ensure accurate, complete transactions through multi-vendor environments.
