Job summary

Vertosoft is seeking a Customer Success Representative Summer Intern in Leesburg, VA, with a hybrid in-office expectation. The role supports post-sale customer engagement, order processing, and cross‑functional operations for government technology customers.

The internship provides hands-on exposure to customer success, sales operations, and the government procurement process, with mentorship and development opportunities for a student or recent graduate.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Management, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Rising juniors and seniors preferred.
• Interest in customer success, business operations, government contracting, or the public sector technology industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine order processing activities under the guidance of Customer Success and Operations team members.
• Support the creation and validation of customer accounts and related information.
• Assist with comparing customer awards and purchase documentation against Vertosoft quotes.
• Review order information and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Help prepare and organize order packets and related documentation for technology vendors.
• Support coordination between Sales, Operations, and Finance to help facilitate timely order fulfillment.
