Job summary

Vertosoft in Leesburg, VA is seeking a Government Business Analyst to own operational workflows across the government contracting unit, including onboarding, pricing validation, and contract reporting. This role ensures pricing integrity, compliance alignment, and audit-ready operations while supporting scalable processes.

This position is ideal for professionals with government contracting experience who can independently manage defined workflows, systems, and contract requirements in a hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years of government contracting, pricing analysis, or compliance-focused operations
• Strong analytical skills with experience validating and reconciling data
• Ability to interpret contract terms and pricing structures
• High attention to detail and organizational discipline
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel preferred)

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding of Vendors and Customers including external communications and internal system setup
• Validate pricing data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with contract requirements and manage pricing within internal systems
• Prepare, validate, and support monthly contract reporting activities
• Coordinate registration and access to external portals and platforms and maintain a centralized repository of all active accounts
• Maintain alignment between contract requirements and operational systems (CRM, ERP, and vendor portals)
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks; escalation issues as needed
• Maintain organized, audit-ready documentation and support internal reviews
• Recommend and contribute to operational and system improvements
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, and Contracts to ensure data and process alignment
• Other duties as assigned
