EquipmentShare is hiring a Government Contract Specialist for our corporate office in Columbia, MO. This is a remote opportunity.

Salary range: $65k-$90k. Factors including experience and location may affect final compensation.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Manage the government purchasing agreement lifecycle from sourcing to administration.
2. Collaborate with Legal to interpret contracts and ensure compliance with U.S. government regulations.
3. Advise management on terms, conditions, and compliance with statutes and policies.
4. Research and initiate government contracting at various levels.
5. Negotiate and draft contracts, teaming agreements, and related documents.
6. Serve as the primary contact for contract correspondence.

Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years managing government purchase agreements, including GSA compliance.
• Experience with federal supply schedules, IDIQ contracts, and related issues.
• Strong negotiation, research, and communication skills.
• Proactive, with integrity in handling confidential information.
• Preferred: CPCM, CFCM, CCCM credentials, and knowledge of DFARS/FAR.
