What you’ll do:

• Draft and Refine: Prepare, send, and negotiate contracts, updating language for clarity and relevance using technology and tools like Salesforce and Ironclad.
• Negotiate and Collaborate: Partner with internal teams and customers to negotiate contract terms under the oversight of the Senior Director of Contract Operations.
• Problem Solve: Review red-lined agreements, resolve issues, and craft solutions with critical thinking and creativity.
• Represent the Company: Handle RFP responses, vendor forms, questionnaires, and document requests, coordinating with Finance and Compliance.
• Communicate Effectively and Proactively: Provide recommendations, explain terms, and guide stakeholders confidently and clearly.
• Global Team Support & Time Zone Coverage: Assist teammates across different time zones by covering urgent requests during absences or peak workloads, ensuring business continuity.
• Deals Desk: Be trained as a key partner to sales, finance, legal, and customer success teams, helping structure deals, review pricing, and streamline sales processes.

What you have done:

• At least two years of experience with sales contracts, business agreements, or roles requiring meticulous attention to detail.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) and process improvement skills.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent writing skills, and a problem-solving mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Advanced professional-level English communication skills (written and verbal).
