Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a skilled Reporting Analyst to join our mission-driven organization. You will work with government stakeholders and project teams to ensure accurate reporting in support of deployment, integration, and executive decision-making.

The role manages complex schedule creation and supports reporting artifacts across multiple systems. A strong background in Business Intelligence reporting and data validation is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with at least 5 years of reporting, BI, or data analysis experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SharePoint.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality assurance and data integrity across reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
• Monitor and update reporting artifacts using SharePoint and enterprise tools.
• Collect, validate, analyze, and reconcile data from multiple sources.
• Coordinate with project teams to align reports with deployment milestones.
• Prepare and distribute recurring and ad hoc reports to leadership and government clients.
• Draft PowerPoint presentations and executive briefing materials.
• Support escalation reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Attend internal and external meetings as required.
