Job summary

Oracle Health's Government Services team is seeking a Principal Data Analyst to analyze, prepare, and process data sets for insights, statistical modeling, or exploratory analytics for internal and external clients.

You will compile data from diverse sources, audit data health, perform basic statistical tests, and create visualizations. You will advise on KPIs and reporting capabilities, supporting end users in Oracle Health reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
• 8+ years of data analytics or statistics experience.
• Experience translating analytical findings for non-technical stakeholders.
• Must meet U.S. government security clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, prepare, and process data sets for insights, modeling, or analytical exploration.
• Audit complex data sets for completeness and quality.
• Create basic data visualizations following design and presentation guidelines.
• Consult with clients on data availability and KPIs, identifying trends and patterns.
