Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Active TS/SCI Polygraph security clearance required.
• 4+ years of experience developing and deploying machine learning, artificial intelligence, or advanced analytics solutions.
• 3+ years of experience using Python and SQL for data analysis, model development, or data engineering.
• 2+ years of experience working with cloud platforms, data pipelines, or model deployment environments.
• Experience with scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Ability to travel 10-20% on average.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ML/AI and analytics solutions for government and public sector clients.
• Build, test, and maintain data pipelines, models, and analytics workflows.
• Translate business and mission requirements into technical designs, prototypes, and production-ready solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, product teams, and client stakeholders to implement data-driven capabilities.
• Support solution optimization, model performance monitoring, documentation, and continuous improvement activities.
