Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• CompTIA Security+.
• Ability to work onsite daily at the client site in Chantilly, VA.
• AWS Certified AI Practitioner.
• 1+ years of experience with Bedrock.
• 3+ years of experience in AI engineering, with hands-on expertise in Generative AI and AWS-based deployments.
• Ability to travel 0-25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Active TS/SCI with Poly security clearance required.
• Security+ certification.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Responsibilities

• Gather client requirements and provide technical guidance for deployment and integration of scalable AI solutions on AWS.
• Train, fine-tune, and develop Generative AI models using advanced techniques and frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cohesive project growth.
• Create clear documentation and presentations to communicate data-driven insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay current with AI and ML advancements to continually innovate solutions.
