ADP is hiring an Affordable Care Act (ACA) Government Affairs Director!

In this role, you will leverage your knowledge, experience, and leadership expertise to support multiple teams, ensuring efficient operations and a productive, enjoyable work environment. The ACA Government Affairs Director will communicate regularly with federal and state regulators and tax administrators to ensure company policies adhere to statutory requirements.
Your primary responsibility will be to serve as a subject matter expert on federal and state ACA and health compliance regulations. You will provide comprehensive regulatory compliance support for ADP's health compliance needs, and may support other employment tax types such as income tax withholding and unemployment insurance. You will act as a liaison between ADP's One Tax Compliance organization and federal and state agencies, planning visits to obtain agency views and promote efficiencies. You will proactively identify compliance gaps, risks, and training opportunities, and react to emerging issues as needed.
Your daily work will involve a mix of planned activities and dynamic interventions, with the goal of working effectively with governmental agencies and ADP to ensure compliant solutions for all parties.
