Bluestreetinc is seeking a Government Accounting Senior Consultant to assist clients with compliance requirements, accounting system design, and rate development. This role focuses on helping government contractors enhance their accounting operations and ensure compliance with federal regulations.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of government contractor accounting experience, proficiency in FAR and CAS, and will support incurred cost submissions and auditing processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in government contractor accounting.
• Proficiency in FAR and CAS compliance.
• Experience with Incurred Cost Submissions and Forward Pricing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with FAR compliance and develop accounting policies.
• Prepare Incurred Cost Submissions and supporting schedules.
• Support DCAA audit requests and review cost pools.
• Assist in Forward Pricing Rate Proposals and negotiations.
• Provide consulting work including internal control design and ERP advisory.
