Job summary

You will supervise staff, deliver high-quality analyses, and contribute to client solutions and firm growth.

The role requires CPA/CGFM credentials (or in-process) and strong project management, with up to 40% travel to support state and local government engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Active or in-process CPA and/or CGFM
• Minimum 4 years of public accounting or 7 years in state/county/municipal finance
• Practical knowledge of GASB and government accounting standards

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and perform engagements including ACFR preparation and implementation of new accounting standards
• Review work of junior staff and provide supervision and training
• Develop technical specialization and serve as internal/external advisor
• Draft deliverables and present findings to clients
• Assist with business development and client relationship management
• Oversee engagement economics and resource management
