Responsibilities include assisting in client engagements, preparing high-impact presentations, and supporting senior staff on strategic topics such as governance, leadership succession and investor communications.

• Execute client engagements within Governance and Shareholder Advisory.
• Prepare management/investor presentations, press releases, scripts and related deliverables.
• Assist senior staff with investor topics including governance and leadership transition messaging.
• Support development of materials to engage investors and proxy advisors.
