Tinker Federal Credit Union in Oklahoma City is seeking an Information Governance, Risk, & Compliance Analyst to strengthen governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance across the organization. You will support development and implementation of initiatives and apply information security, data governance, and AI governance principles to policies, standards, and controls.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and progressive experience (Level I–III) in information

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technology field is required for all levels.
• Level I requires 3 years of relevant experience; Level II requires 5 years; Level III requires 7 years.
• Experience in information security, technology risk, technology compliance, data governance, privacy, or information governance within a structured governance framework.
• Financial institution experience is preferred for all levels.
• Certifications vary by level (Level II requires certifications such as Security+, CC; Level III requires advanced certifications).

• Support development and implementation of governance, risk, and compliance initiatives across the organization.
• Assist with compliance initiatives, monitor regulatory requirements, assess information asset risks, and apply governance principles to support policies, standards, risk assessments, and regulatory efforts.
