The role blends product thinking with hands-on execution, owning initiatives from discovery to rollout. You will define requirements, drive adoption, and measure outcomes using data-driven dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; strong English communication.
• Experience in product operations, product management, strategy and operations, or related role.
• Demonstrated product sense and ability to translate user needs into requirements.
• Understanding of product development lifecycle: requirements, design, engineering, testing, launch.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving with data and qualitative insights.
• Proficiency with data analysis tools and defining metrics.
• Ability to drive projects across teams with ownership.

Responsibilities
