Job summary

Diageo Montgomery seeks a Director of Governance (Quality & EHS) to lead site safety, quality and environmental programs across the new Montgomery facility. You will embed ISO9000 / FSSC 22000, drive ZERO Harm and governance metrics, and manage a team of governance professionals.

Reporting to site leadership, you will develop capabilities, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with manufacturing to deliver sustainable improvements in quality, safety, and environmental performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading governance for a manufacturing site.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and food safety standards.
• Proven audit and corrective action leadership across multiple domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead site governance for Safety, Quality, Environment and Security.
• Embed ISO/FSSC accreditation and continuous improvement culture.
• Develop and mentor Governance Professionals and drive risk-based actions.
