Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (preferred in Lean/CI).
• 5+ years in engineering or manufacturing, with front-line and management experience.
• Experience implementing lean manufacturing tools and leading plant-wide change initiatives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to influence without direct control.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site's manufacturing excellence program including 5S, Setup Time Reduction, Autonomous Maintenance, Focused Improvement, and Asset Care.
• Drive improvements to improve efficiency and OEE across operations.
• Coach and embed sustainable CI culture; serve on the site's steering committee.
• Collaborate with plant floor and management to deploy best-in-class practices and standards.
• Provide analytics-driven insights to guide strategic initiatives and performance reporting.
