Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking an experienced governance and controls professional to partner with the Asset & Wealth Management Controls team. You will coordinate governance routines, committees, and executive materials to help manage operational risk and strengthen the control environment.

You will work cross-functionally with business, operations, legal, risk, audits, regulators, and technology to drive improvements, track milestones, and deliver timely follow-ups in a dynamic setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of controls, audit, risk, governance experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication for exec updates.
• Proficient with MS Office and SharePoint; able to synthesize data.

Responsibilities

• Maintain AWM BCC frameworks and routing escalations.
• Run committee cadence and coordinate content.
• Draft minutes and track actions to closure.
• Coordinate updates across sub-LOB control committees.
• Support leadership reviews and regulatory materials.
• Collaborate with business, operations, legal, and risk teams.
• Synthesize risk metrics to support messaging.
• Identify process improvements to streamline governance.
• Track headcount movement and budget variances with Finance.
• Provide project management for Controls priorities.
