Job summary

• Typically requires 4+ years of related experience or education in compliance, audit, risk management, governance, or financial services.
• Experience with board materials, meetings, and confidential information handling.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, internal controls, and risk management principles.

Responsibilities

• Owns compliance management, vendor due diligence, contract lifecycle management, policy administration, and risk monitoring.
• Conducts internal audits including cash counts, consumer loan audits, and mortgage quality control.
• Supports CEO, executive team and Board by coordinating meetings, agendas, packets, reports and minutes.
• Supports organizational projects with documentation management and process oversight.
