Job summary

Rise Technical in Boston, MA is seeking an experienced Compliance Analyst to take ownership of our compliance programs within a rapidly growing AI and cybersecurity technology company. You will maintain ISO 27001 and SOC 2 frameworks, conduct risk assessments, manage evidence and audit preparation, respond to customer security questionnaires, and use GRC tools like Vanta to drive ongoing improvements.

This role offers a competitive salary of $130,000 to $170,000 plus Benefits and Unlimited PTO,

Qualifications

• Strong governance, risk management and security compliance experience.
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 frameworks.
• Experience with federal compliance requirements and regulatory standards.
• Experience using GRC tools such as Vanta.

This is a hands‑on position focused on compliance operations, risk management, audit preparation and responding to customer security enquiries.

You'll have the opportunity to help shape the company's compliance processes, work closely with internal teams and support the development of its governance and security frameworks. The Role:
