Job summary

AV is seeking an Accounts Receivable Manager to lead the PSDS AR function, oversee invoicing and collections, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment. You will mentor a team, ensure SOX and government audit readiness, and coordinate with government customers and auditors.

The role requires leadership in GovCon billing, experience with major ERP systems, and a track record of high-performance teams. This position offers high-visibility within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or equivalent education.
• 7+ years of AR management experience with GovCon billing.
• Experience leading AR/billing operations and cross-functional teams.
• Strong ERP experience with Oracle Fusion, Deltek CostPoint, Unanet, or SAP.

Responsibilities

• Lead AR team to accurately invoice, post payments, and flag past-due accounts.
• Review and approve invoices with accurate remittance and contract terms.
• Maintain AR records, GL reconciliation, and SOX/audit readiness.
• Develop procedures to improve AR efficiency and cash flow.
• Support government billing and audits for FFP, CP, and T&M contracts.
