Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to help GovCloud customers deploy, integrate and maintain our AI-native security platform. You will own issues from triage to resolution, escalate where needed, and document bugs for engineering review.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role.
• Experience with Windows environments and network troubleshooting.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Strong problem-solving and customer advocacy skills.
• Fluent REST API knowledge and scripting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own customer issues from initial triage to resolution.
• Escalate priority issues and communicate with customers clearly.
• Document bugs and contribute to support knowledge base.
• Develop troubleshooting documentation and process improvements.
• Collaborate with Sr. TSE and Engineering on product issues.
