Zusammenfassung

FormativGroup is seeking an experienced Salesforce Certified Consultant to design, configure, optimize, and support scalable Salesforce solutions across Government Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud environments.

The role partners with business stakeholders and delivery teams in a highly collaborative, client-facing capacity and requires expertise in governance, security, and compliance for Public Sector projects.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of Salesforce consulting, administration, business analysis, or solution configuration in enterprise environments.
• Proven experience supporting Public Sector Government Cloud Salesforce implementations with federal/state/local agencies.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, flows, security, and dashboards.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in Agile/Scrum settings.
• Experience in regulated/government-focused environments preferred.

Aufgaben

• Gather, document, and validate requirements with client stakeholders.
• Design and configure Salesforce solutions using declarative tools.
• Translate needs into flows, page layouts, validation, and dashboards.
• Lead discovery sessions and backlog grooming with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and project managers for delivery.
• Support user setup, profiles, permissions, and environments.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and release readiness.
• Assist testing, UAT, and production deployments.
• Support data migration, cleansing, and validation.
• Deliver client-facing presentations and training.
• Ensure governance, security standards, and Government Cloud compliance.
• Coordinate with integration teams on API-driven processes.
• Maintain project documentation and training materials.
• Provide consultative recommendations to optimize processes.
