Job summary

Eugia US LLC in East Windsor, NJ seeks a Manager, Government Pricing and Rebates to lead government pricing, rebates, and compliance across federal and state programs. You will ensure accurate reporting, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with Finance, Legal, and Commercial teams.

This hybrid role reports to the AVP of Sales Operations and involves coordinating with a third-party GP vendor, supporting MDRP processes, and driving process improvements in a highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, Compliance and Commercial teams.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong understanding of FSS/VA/DoD contracting and federal pricing compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead GP activities across Medicaid, Medicare and other programs.
• Serve as SME on GP methodologies including AMP, ASP, BP, 340B, FCP.
• Partner with third-party GP vendor for pricing calculations, submissions and approvals.
• Ensure CMS/HRSA regulatory compliance in GP operations.
• Manage MDRP rebates: review, validate, process, and report rebates.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Finance on pricing implications for public programs.
